The Morning Post's Paris correspond^ •nt says it is highly, probable that at tomorrow's Conference it will be proposed t lhat the mandatory system shall apply to the colonies and other occupied ier^riiory outside Europe; and also that the delimitation of the Powers shall be delined by the League of Nations.
