The Morning Post's Paris correspond^ •nt says it is highly, probable that at tomorrow's Conference it will be proposed t lhat the mandatory system shall apply to the colonies and other occupied ier^riiory outside Europe; and also that the delimitation of the Powers shall be delined by the League of Nations.

The British and French Governments have accepted President Wilson's scheme lor the mandatory control of the German colonies.
