The Rotterdam . Courant relates that Herr Eisner, Premier of Bavaria, who is visiting Berlin, spent two hours in vainly attempting to persuade Dr. Liebknecht to refrain from fatal revolutionary enterprises. Herr Fisnejr said: "You, will destroy Germany if your plans succeed." Dr. Liebkuecht replied:, "All the better."
