The Lokal Anzeiger states that Holland must emphatically decline to extradite the Kaiser to the Allies. British speeches demanding the extradition caused a great sensation in Berlin. Four thousand officers and non-coma, resolved to establish a corps to uphold the Ebert Government. (P.IETES'S TELEGRAM.) LONDON, 7th December. X the Allies inskt on the surrender of the Kaiser and the Crown Prince to an International Court of Justice Hoi- j land will yield, but will first urge that they be interned for life in a Dutch colony. (AOTTHALUV-NBir ZEALAND CAIU ASSOCIATION.) NEW YORK, 7th December. The United States is standing aloof on the question o£ the extradition of! the ex-Kaiser from Holland. The State Department eaya that the United States has not considered its attitude in the matter.
