THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY. 'AMSTERDAM, 6th December. The German National Assembly elections will be held on 15th May. COPENHAGEN, 7th December. A mass meeting was held in Berlin suburbs, when Spartacus speakers declared if a National Assembly were summoned the military would immediately disperse it.
