(ACSTEAUAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) COPENHAGEN, 6th December. The Heidelberg Workmen's and Soldiers' Council says it is expected that the French will occupy Mannheim and also Heidelberg, owing to a regrettable incident, in which a. watchman at Mannheim killed three French prisonera.
