ADVANCE IN RHENISH PRUSSIA. LONDON, 6th December. A Belgian communique states: Our advance in Rhenish Prussia continues. The Belgians occupied the le,ft bank of the Rhine at Neuss and have occupied Cladbach and ■ Heilbach. Quiet reigns. AMSTERDAM, 6th December. The Belgians have occupied a suburb of Dusseldorff, on the left bank of the Rhine.
