AT WILHELMSHAVEN
BRITISH SQUADRON ARRIVES. LONDON, 7th December. H.M.S. Hercules and a, destroyer flotilla has arrived at Wilhelmshaven. AMSTERDAM, 7th December. The Rheinische Westfaelische Zeitung states that a British squadron under Admiral 'Bronwmng arrived at Wilhelmshaven on 4th December. Owing to fog it anchored in the Schilling roadstead. Admiral Browning sent a wirelesa message refusing to negotiate with the Soldiers and Workers' Council.
