A British official report, dated' 6th December, states: —Yesterday we continued our march towards Cologne and the Rhine. We reached a line at Blankenheim, east of the Schleidem River, and at Erft, to the south of Grevenbroich. LONDON, 7th December. The British have entered Cologne. An extraordinary meeting of the German Cabinet has been called to discuss the probability of the Allies occupying Berlin owing to Germany's alleged inability to conform to the terms of the armistice.
