The British Fleet has approved of Reyal for the landing of troops and quelling Bolshevik excesses. PARIS, 6th December. The Petit Journal's Petrograd correspondent states that the British Fleet occupied , Reval at the request of the Esthonian Government, with a view to countering the advance of the Bolsheviks, who have committed innumerable atrocities.
