Playing against Lower Hutt, at Lower Hutt on Saturday, Hannah's United beat the local team by nine wickets and 12 runs. Hutfc made 76 (Matthews 24, Wilson, 16, Burns 11) and 58 (Burns 11, Wilson 11, Glennie 10), while Hannah's United scored 118 (Erskine 14, Marks 22, Bnck 34, Linegar 16), and 30 for the loss of one wicket. Marks bowled well for the winners and Glennie and Marten for ( Hntt. Ijr the match between Institute and Base Records, Base' Records batted first and made 115 runs (Valentine 29, Mit'chell 21 not out, Redmond 16, M'Leod 16). Bowling for Institute, Hart took six wickets for 41 runs. Institute made 249 runs (G. Bell 76, H. Spolsky 49, Milburn 42, Hart 38, J. Benjamin 11). Bowling for Base Records M'Leod took four for 52, Redmond three for 57.
