WHARF PASSES
In connection with the suspension of guards for shipping on the wharves the Naval Adviser to the New Zealand Government (Captain Hall-Thompson) .states that holders of passes previously issued should retain them, as the wharves will be guarded on occosions when cottain ships are alongside.
