Mr. Winston Churchill, speaking' at Dnndee, said that none of the German colonies captured or Turkish provinces would be returned. These must be disposed of by agreement of the Allies at the Peace Conference, in accordance with the wishes of the native population. Mr. Winston Churchill also announced that the British representatives at the Peace Conference would demand the absolute abolition of conscription throughout Europe.
