General Pershing reviewing the activities of the American Armies in France says that as a result of British and American military relations it has been deeply impressed upon Americans that the ties of language and of blood bring Britain and American together completely and inseparably. He says that the effort made by the Allied armies staffs to assist the Americans was far greater than could have been expected. General Pershing declares that the re4ations growing out. of the Franco-Ameri-can Association assures the permanent friendship of the two nations.
