IMMEDIATE DECISION DECLINED. (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) THE HAGUE, 4th December. In the Dutch Chamber of Deputies it was proposed by the Revolutionary Socialist Wynkoop that the question of the Kaiser should be decided immediately, because it might otherwise tfndanger the importation of foodstuffs. The proposal was negatived by 59 votes to 4.
