MEMENTOES OF SERVICE
The Minister for Health stated in the House of representatives to-day that he valued the suggestion made by Mr. Malcolm for the issue of a certificate or memento of service to voluntary helpers in the epidemic. He was considering the question, but could not say what form tho memento would take.
