TRAMWAY SERVICE NOW NORMAL
One of the most effective barometers indicating the progress of the fight against influenza is the tramway service. The traffic manager (Mr. D. M'Gillivray) stated to-day that the tramway system was now quite normal. Practically the whole staff had returned to work; at any rate, the department was able to maintain a full service all the I'time.
