Mr. Robert Lansing (Secretary for State) and Mr. White. The two other members, Colonel Houso and Colonel Tasker Bliss are already in Europe. the George Washington drew out into ihe river, President Wilson stood on the flying bridge, •while the band! played "Over There." There were elaborate decorations on the pier and the ship. The 'air and river patrols ■were active to guard against sus-picious-persons. The steamer's appointments are most luxurious.
