. NEW GOVERNMENT ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY. (AUSTRAUAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE' ASSOCIATION.) THE HAGUE, .2nd December. The Russian Provisional Government at Omsk has telegraphed to the Dutch Government confirming the statement that, the Provisional Government has assumed all the liabilities of the Russian Treasury. The payment of interest on loans, etc., will be paid when Russia is reunited.
