PUBLIC SERVICE.
Sir Joseph Ward stated yesterday that the Public Service_ Commission would make a reclassification and regradmg of the Public Seivice as from Ist April next. Any increases of salary under that .scheme—if it was not complete by l6t April—would date from Ist April.
