GERMAN OFFICERS TO BE TRIED FOR ATROCITIES.
PARIS, 19th November. Following commissions of investigation the Minister of Justice has instituted proceedings against German officers who were responsible for the shocking crimes at Lille. They will be court-tnaxtialled in their absence if the Allies are unable to secure their arrest. *
