BARGAINING FOR ABDICATION
TERMS.
AMSTERDAM, 15th Nov.
The Grand. Dukes of Saxe-Weimar, Baden, and .Waldeck-Pyrmont endeavoured to bargain for terms of abdication, but the .Soviets bluntty- demanded unconditional abdication. King Ludwig of Bavaria has formally announced his abdication. The Soviet granted him permission to reside in Bavaria as a plain citizen. x (RBUTE&'I IK.E9RAM.) COPENHAGEN, 16th Nov. The Dnke of Saxe-CobuTg Gotha and the Grand Duke of Mecklenbnrg-Schwer rin have abdicated.
