FROM LONDON AND RAROTONGA.
The Prime Minister has received, through the new wireless communication with Rarotonga, the following message from the Resident Commissioner:—"Great demonstration at school. Chiefs and people request me to convey sincere. good wishes and their joy at final victory and glorious peace." Another message received by the Prime Minister is from thf> London firm of Turner Davidson:—"Hearty congratulations upon New Zealand's splendid part in the great victory "
