LONDON, 29th September. A German, official report states: We withdrew west of Cambiai owing to the loss of the canal positions astride Marquion. We withdrew behind the OiseAisne. Canal between Anizy-le-Ohateau and Bourg. The French have captured Somme-Py. We withdrew in the Argonne as far as the region south-east of Binarvilte. Southward of Apremont the Americans pressed us back as far as Cunel Wood and Fays. ■ ■''..'.
