A" correspondent, "Pennaneht Club," raises a question whether the benefit of the Returned Soldiers' Club is proportionate to the cost. The letter concludes : "What I would like to see is the' members of the U.S.A. ' deciding upon a permanent-club and making an appeal to a generous public to help us found the institution, and then let it be self-supporting.- If members do not want their own club, let the present Club House Society wind up its affairs."
