AMSTERDAM, 29th Sepft Dr. yon Hintze. German Foreign Minister, slated in the Reichstag that Germany and Austria -were throwing all their Available reserves into Bulgaria. The situation, hoover, remained critical. lie endeavoured to convince the Reichstag that the armistice proposal liad caused great indignation in Bulgaria.
