DULL WEATHER
Boisterous weather .prevailed during tho week-end, but rain commenced only this morning, when four points were recorded locally by 9 a.m. The barometer is high in the North,' but has been unsteady in the ..South. Strong ' westerly winds have ruled over the Dominion, and the weather generally has-been unsettled. The forecast issued this morning is for dull and foggy, weather;in parts, with rain probable generally. The barometer is falling in the North, but is expected to rise soon in the South. Considerable seas are likeJy on all the western coast.
