It would'free the whole of the Salonika, army, and in certain eventualities in connection with Turkey would also free the Palestine and Mesopotamia -armies, and ■ kill the German menace to the East.- Moreover, it will probably ■ affect advantageously the world's food > situation. Theso results will only.be obtainable by,a complete rupture of political and military relations of-Bulgaria with the Central Powers and the Allied occupation; of communications between Bulgaria and Austria-Hun-gary v Presumably-this Avill be one of the essentials of an armistice. •■.
