EMPRESS THEATRE.
A gripping story of Western life was shown at the Empress- Theatre on Saturday in "Ope Shot,: : Eoss." The story pulsates with life, ■'and some stirring scenes are to be seen on the screen. Through the influence of a woman, "One Shot Ross", reforms, and sets out on the big task of bringing a notorious band of outlaws to justice, and succeeds. An interesting Topical Gazette and a comedy are amongst the supporting pictures.
