NEW YORK, 27th September. The Stockholm' correspondent of the Chicago News states that Sweden during the war has lost 175 ships, totalling 195,953 tons, and 220 lives. During the present year, Sweden has lost' 27 ships, totalling 46,698.,t0n5, and 33 lives. The ships lost include those torpedoed, blown up by mines, and "spurlo" 7 versenkt". (sunk: without, a trace).
