The New York Times Washington correspondent states that the Russian Embassy has received official despatches from' Ufa that a Provisional • Russian Government has been formed, that the Government has repudiated the BrestLitovsk treaty, and will fight Germany and the Bolsheviks. The directorate members are Avksenteiff, Asr'tof, Vologodsky, Tskhaicovsky, and Boldireff. The new Government will co-operate with the Czecho-Slovaks.
