AMSTERDAM, 26th September.. , Moscow advices state that the Revolutionary Tribunal has condemned to death the ex-Ministers of War, do Olivanoff and Wierchevski..
Another message states that the terrorist decree has been rescinded. Lenin and the majority of the Central Committee have decided to return to what is described as "good methods of revolution."
