GENERAL DIETRICH RESIGNS

LONDON, 15th September.
The Times correspondent at Harbin states that** General Dietrich has voluntarily resigned and handed over the command of the Czecho-Slovaks in Siberia to Colonel Gaida, thinking 'that a Czech leader will be more likely to accord with Czech national sentiment.
