PEOPLE'S COMMISSARIES IN DANGER

A German report from Moscow states that the Soviet Government has ordered all the People's Commissaries to take cai-eful measures for their safety and to use only strongly-armoured cars in the 1 streets of Petrograd and Moscow, so as to secure'themselves against sudden, attack.
