DEFERRED TILL FOCH HAS FINISHED.
(UNITES PfiBSS ASSOCIATION.— COFTMGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) PARIS, 11th September. Both are convinced that the Allies will fail to break through, and that it will take years of fighting to crush Germany.
