The Trades and Industries Committee of the Otago Expansion League, last week considered the question of the feasibility of building concrete vessels in Otago Harbour. The meeting (reports the Dunedin Star) was of opinion that the supply of a goodly portion o£ the necessary material was here at our hands, and it only requires brain and money to turn them into ships, which are badly wanted.
