MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
TWO TAXI-CAB DRIVERS

AUCKLAND, This Day. Two taxi-cab drivers, S. Carey and Rupert J. Morris, have been arrested on a charge of manslaughter, arising out of the fatality on the Khyber Pass last Monday, when a tramway workman, John Patton, was knocked down by a motor-car and killed.
