OF ITS UTILITY.

LONDON, 13tK August. Sir Joseph Ward is confident, as the result of many enquiries, that a commercial aeroplane service will soon be established in all the Dominions, and also between England ;nd America. Officials of the Royal Air Force and leading English aeroplane manufacturers, are keenly interested in the proposed New Zealand service, and are facilitating the preliminary arrangements.
