MILAN, 16th August. An Italian regiment which, has arrived at Vladivostok consists of men from the unredeemed provinces taken prisoner by the Russians and interned at Kirsanoff. They began a pilgrimage eastward ill January, hoping to reach. Italy, and reached Pekin and Tientsin, where they were fitted out for Siberia.
