COUGH MIXTURE RECIPE FOR HOME USE. (By a Qualified Chemist.) There is water and sweetening in every family cough medicine. But you can add the water and sugar just as easily as it can be done in a factory. All you really need to buy is the starting point—the necessary medicinal ingredients, or the actual "essence" of the mixture. Did you over think of that? You can easily make about 12s worth of cough mixture for 2s by using Heenzo (Hean's .Essence). It makes a pint of cough mixture, good for all members of the family. The dose is from a few drops to a spoonful, according to age requirements. This simple recipe takes hold of a cough and soothes a sore throat quickly.
