Federal Handicap, of 200 soys; one mile and a-quaiier.—Makomako, 7sec, 1; Proud Spring, 6sec, 2; Vice-Admiral, 4sec, 3. All started. Won by half a length. Time, 2min 54 2-ssec. National .Cup, of 500 soys; two miles. —Matchlight, 13sec, 1; Willie Lincoln, Msec, 2; Cora Dillon, I4sec, 3. Scratched: Trix and Pointer. Won by two lengths. Time,. 4min 33 3-ssec.
