FOR SICK AND WOUNDED
PROVISION AT ROTORUA,
Plans have been prepared for the erection of workshops on a substantial ecale as an adjunct to King George V. Hospital at Rotorua. The workrooms Nvill be used for the functional re-educa-tion of wounded man,' and will further 'enable the men, during the period they are under medical supervision, to learn a new trade, and acquire fresh interest in life. Further provision for the men under treatment is an institute which is being erected by the V.M.C.A. The new ward for orderlies at the hospital has been completed, and two additional patients' wards are well forward. Additions and alterations are also being made to the sanatorium at Rotorua.
