In the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon, Percy Shelton, motor engineer, of Petone, sued Neil Doneghue and Co., Ltd., coach mid motor builders, of Potone, for £11 4s, balance of account alleged to be due for work done and material supplied in connection with the repair of a motor car. Mr. J. Scott appeared for the plaintiff mid Mr. J< M. Dale for the defendant. Sir, W. G. Riddell. S.M., gave judgment for the plaintiff for £9 4s, with costs £3.
