BY arrangement with the Council, the Postal Department's letter-carriers (commencing ..MONDAY NEXT) will deliver a CARD to each residence in the City and Suburbs, asking for particulars of householders' milk requirements under the "blook" system. Householders will please fill in the card when the postpian calls, so that they will not be overlooked on the first morning of milk distribution under the Council's Scheme. Householders not receiving a card by 10th Soptombor should ask their letteroarrier for one, in order to ensure a supply of milk whon the Scheme commences. Unless the card is filled in, the blame will rest on the householder, if milk is not delivered whon the Scheme starts. Below is a copy of the card which will be delivered.
