Ist. A. H. Grierson and 2nd Lt. A. H. Ooe have reported for duty at Trentham and have been posted to the 45th Reinforcements. Tlie following men have qualified as trained signallers :— 43rd Specialist Coy. : Pfces. C. B. Arnold, F. G. Bryant, F. W. Crossman, H.. G. Hurst, E. H. Mallock, L. C. Thompson. 41st MIR. Sig. sec. : Btes. R. A. Giddons, J. ReiHy. The Camp Commandant at Featherston acknowledges with thanks the receipt of the following gifts for the camp hospital: Wairavapa Hospital Committee (Mrs.'Q. Donald) 3 fowls, 2 fowls (for Featherson M.H.), 4 dozen jellies, 1 dozen sauce," 1 tin biscuits, 4 cases oranges, 3 lamps, 3 glasses, weekly cakes for racecourse hospital. Mrs. Krcowles, Featherson, books for racecourse hospital. Salvation Army, 'Featherston, sweets and handkerchiefs. The Camp Commandant at Trenfcham acknowledges with thanks receipt jof five sacks of pumpkins from the patriotic ladies of New Plymouth, which have been distributed in the various cookhouses in camp.
