MOSCOW, 24th July. The newspaper Bejednota states that a single workman signed the ex-Tsar"s death warrant, a single workman guarded him, and a single workman brought him from Tobolsk to Ekaterinburg. The paper gives the names of these workmen, into whose hands history delivered the sacred person of the Lord's anointed, "Nicholas the Last."
