SINKINGS OFF AMERICAN COAST
WASHINGTON, 23m July. U-boats sank the steamer Halibut off the American coast. The crew, were rescued.
OTTAWA. 23rd July. The Portland fishing boat Robert N. Richards was attacked by a submarine and sunk off the American coast. The crew were picked up.
