LODGE MEETINGS
At the fortnightly meeting of Coronation Lodge, U.A.0.D., Bro. N. A.' Ingrain, A.D., presided. There was a large attendance. An invitation was accepted to visit Island Bay Lodge on Thursday evening, when the Ritual Shield will be presented. The delegates on the Juvenile Lodge Committee tendered their reports. The Arch Druid welcomed home Bro. Canty, who has seen lengthy service abroad. The quarterly ladies' night was also held. ■. The hall was crowded. The chair was occupied' by Bro. N. A. Ingram, A.D. An excellent programme was submitted by Miss Webster (recitation), Mr. Len Barnes (songs), Miss Coventry (recitation), Miss M'Kenzio (Irish and sword dances), and Mr. Evans (clog dances). Mr. Trench and a lady partner entertained 1 admirably in the magic art. Mrs. Smith acted as accompanist. During the evening, Bro. F. Potter, D.P., made a presentation to Bro. Borrows of a P.A. diploma and regalia. P.A. Bro. Bott acted as M.C. P.A. Bro. Borrows suitably responded. Ihiring- the evening refreshments were provided.
