, PARIS, 18th-July.' The Senate Reporter occupied the whole day in reading his report. It showed that M. Malvy had helped the peace-at-any-price campaign,, and was aware in July, 1915, of the campaign conducted by Trotsky in Paris papers, Trotsky' was even then in German pay. Malvy only signed the decree for Trotsky's expulsion in December, 1915. Even then all Trotsky's accomplices were not expelled. , The' report says that Malvy worked hand in' hand with the worst type of anarchists and pacifists.
