NEW YORK, 18th July
On the anniversary of tho taking of the Bastillo (14th,July) General Foch sent a message of greeting to tho American people, in the course of which ho said: "We are fighting fur the whole world. The enemy's plans for domination are stopped, and he Bees tho numbor of his adversaries daily increasing. The young Amorieati Army is bringing into the buttle valour and f«*itU .wlljlwiut equal."
