LONDON, 17th July. Reuters correspondent learns from an official Servian source that Austria-Hun-gary has confiscated the whole of the Servian harvest, as well as the rations allowed the previous year.' The Servians therefore are faced with starvation, besides experiencing a further reign of terror and cruelty.
